			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p></p><p>i&#8217;m a 30 yr. old guy that want to lose some weight and need some advise. i&#8217;m 6 foot and weigh 210 lbs. my biggest problem area is my gut. i&#8217;ve drank to much beer when i was younger i guess now i&#8217;m stuck with a beer gut. my question is which should i cut in a diet: fats, carbs., or calories, or watch all three? also how many of each should i be taking in daily? i just got a tread mill and i&#8217;m walking/jogging a mile 2 times a day. any other advice will be great.
