recently i have been eating between 300-700 cals a day and lost 1 stone in 3-4 weeks.btu with it being christmas its getting really hard and yesterday i had 7 mince pies and chocolate and my stomach swelled and was as hard as a rock and it still herts today.any detox tips or something?any diet or exercise tips?pls give me help?low cal christmas recipes?x

you need to eat some fiber and get that stuff out,
you are just bloated that is what happens when you bloat, drink lots of water and eat lots of fibrous things
and I have told you before to start eating 1200 in health foods and work out… I don’t want to wake up one day looking for a question of yours and find out that you collapsed and had to go to the hospital because you are ruining your body!!!
You need to eat a lot more. I dont care how much weight you need to lose. I believe your stomach acid has not much to digest so its messing up your stomach. you need to eat at the least 1000 calories every day so you get enough nutrition
